Regenerative farming at Ashlack Hall…
I was commissioned to visit Ashlack Hall, in the Southern Lake District, and create some images to tell a little bit about how they are farming there.
Jenna and Bob are both chefs who now run Bob’s family farm, providing guests with hospitality on another level. With meat that comes from their own sheep and cattle, the food is as locally sourced as it gets. Combined with a regenerative approach to farming, this also creates a sustainable farming system that works in harmony with nature.
